Chase Winter away with this pre-prohibition classic.

60ml Animus Distillery Macedon Dry Gin
30ml lemon juice
20ml simple sugar syrup
1 egg white

Combine all ingredients in shaker. Dry shake. Shake again with ice. Strain into coupete. Garnish with freeze dried raspberries.
